The Bright Future Building Platform (referred to hereinafter as “Bright Future Building,” “the site,” “the platform,” “we,” or the implied pronouns referring directly to the aforementioned terms) is available for your personal use. Your access and use of this site constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms, whether you are a registered user or not, and this acceptance is effective from the date of your first use of the site.

The Bright Future Building Institute is committed to maintaining academic integrity in the educational content provided by preserving intellectual property rights and internally reviewing the content to ensure quality and relevance. Learning policies include maintaining confidentiality, respecting public decency and laws, and adhering to national policies when participating in any educational activities by either trainers or trainees on the platform.

The platform reserves the right to delete or ban any user who violates these terms of use, including deleting their account in the case of account hacking or identity impersonation.

The Bright Future Building Institute commits to ensuring the electronic content offered in its programs is up-to-date and complies with national laws and policies.

Bright Future Building Institute shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any interruptions inherent to the nature of the Internet in accessing or using the service or for any failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure or unintended circumstances.

The institute is not responsible if the user fails to enter their name correctly during registration, which may affect the issuance of course certificates. This is entirely the user’s responsibility.

The institute is not responsible if the user purchases a course that does not match their professional field. No additional training hours or refunds will be granted, and this remains the user’s sole responsibility.

Bright Future Building Institute offers e-learning systems compatible with various devices, including tablets and smartphones, regardless of their operating systems.

Bright Future Building Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or any of its current or future services at any time without prior notice. You can access the latest version of the terms at any time on the website. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the service.

By continuing to use this service, you implicitly agree to comply with the updated terms and conditions of use.

Commitment

You agree to comply with all local laws regarding ethical use of content online. You are also responsible for paying any applicable taxes in Saudi Arabia, your country of origin, or residence. Account Transfer and Retention:

You may not transfer or sell your Bright Future Building account or username to any third party. You are responsible for all activities under your account or username.

Right to Refuse Service:

The Bright Future Building Institute reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend any account that violates these terms or any applicable laws in the user’s country. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

User Agreement on Content:

You are solely responsible for watching videos and benefiting from purchased content unless interrupted by a technical issue or force majeure. For technical or educational support, please contact our support team directly.

Privacy & Security Policy:

Bright Future Building Institute is committed to protecting your privacy. If we request personally identifiable information, you can be assured it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

Financial Information:

Fees: You agree to pay the training course fees you purchase. We may charge your debit/credit card or process payment through third-party payment providers to ensure secure transactions.

Payment: By making a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If payment fails and you still gain access to a course, you agree to pay the due amount within 7 days of notice. We reserve the right to disable access to any course or service until payment is received.

Refund/Exchange: All payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless access to the service is not provided due to our fault or technical issue. In such a case, the amount will be credited to your account for use in another service within one year.

We reserve the right to suspend your account and restrict future access if we determine abuse of our refund/exchange policy. No credit or refund will be issued if your access is suspended due to violation of these terms.

IP Address & Cookies:

Bright Future Building uses cookie data to monitor and analyze user behavior on the platform, including browser type, operating system, ISP, and user preferences. This non-identifiable information helps us enhance the overall user experience. Other users or visitors cannot view this data.

Our products are digital and delivered immediately upon payment. If paid by bank transfer, the transfer must be manually verified before product delivery.
